I realize that with your teaching load and new book release, you are very busy. I am a teacher who is looking to facilitate an asynchronous book chat based on Hidden Potential. Since you have such a large following, I am unsure about how/where to host such a book club. There appears to be quite an interest from your Substack post giving away 100 free copies!
Do you know if there is a way on Substack where I can host a Hidden Potential book club that allows you facilitate as your schedule allows? I would like to do is have this book study take place over the course of many months. Instead of reading certain chapters by certain times, anyone (including you!) can chime in and post their thoughts based on question(s) no matter where they are in the book. What are your thoughts? Thanks.

A question regarding Chapter 6 (Bootstraps) - it seems as though the benefit of collaboration in the pursuit of improving content knowledge is consistent regardless of whether the span of intellect/content mastery is narrow or broad (e.g., your classroom likely had a narrower span whereas the golden 13 had a larger span given the contrast in topics). Thoughts or reactions from my interpretation?
We all have potential - it's just that sometimes it's hidden deeper in some people than in others. Therein lies the magic of a great coach - being able to bring that to the surface.
I totally get the point about how it relates to public education - I'd love to see how the principles relate to education in an organisational context. i.e. professional development....
